The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety is an independent research institute that conducts crash tests and issues vehicle safety ratings. They will offer us a tour of their facility at 10:30 a.m., then we will observe a crash test at 11:30. Please note that this facility is located in Greene County, about an hour and a half from Richmond.
